Introduction to Sports Massage Workshop
Workshop Aims
To introduce individuals who are considering a career in Sports & Remedial Massage or who would like to develop the hands-on skills and techniques that can be used in a sporting context easily and safely.
Workshop Objectives
The introduction is a good starting point to find out if this is the direction you would like to take without committing too much time or money.
On completion of the course individuals can take the new found skills forward, many techniques are examples taken from the diploma course and can be developed prior to a place on the Physique Diploma in Sports Massage VTCT Level 3.
It provides an excellent hands-on opportunity to experience the basic principles of sports massage. It is also recommended for those who have a massage background and would like to develop and improve their technique within a sporting environment.
