Good to upgrade from my previous, less spiky balls

Bought one for my mum to take to her Pilates class. She doesn’t like the harder massage balls but loves this one which is a bit softer for delicate skin. Also bought one for my husband so he can massage his neck after long days stooping over his computer at work. A wee bit massage oil and this ball does the trick and he can sleep without a achy neck.

Ideal size and used correctly it gets in all the right places.

having purchased a set of three and found them much too hard we thought this "Soft" ball would be better.It is not as soft as one would have expected, but it does the trick for excercises

Nothing soft about these balls - too hard for trigger point Pilates !!

This is a little smaller than my other massage balls and I've found it very useful for my calf muscles - it gets in a bit deeper.

These balls are not Soft !

The level of this Spikey Ball is closed as soft as there is moderate give in the ball. This is when compared to Hard Spikey Bals that are solid and have no give at all. By all means return it and we will give you a full refund.

I have used the green and red spikey ball for the last 2 year to give to patients with plantar faciitis. They are excellent..highly recommended
