What is MyoMaster MyoCuff?

The MyoCuff is the most advanced Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) device in the world, designed by professional athletes and used by sports lovers everywhere.

Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) is the brief and intermittent occlusion of blood flow using a tourniquet while at rest or exercising. Using this technique may help to increase muscle strength, mass and endurance with 30% less work.

What can I use MyoMaster MyoCuff for?

When returning from injury and struggling to return to moderate or high-intensity exercise the MyoCuff provides a safe solution to return to strength with submaximal loads.

Evidence shows that using the MyoCuff with low load resistance training can provide the same output and benefits as training at 70% of max.

When lighter loads are combined with occlusion, it may help you get bigger, faster – and without having to lift as heavy of a weight.

What does MyoMaster MyoCuff do?

Wearing the MyoCuff and occluding a percentage of arterial inflow and venous outflow induces metabolic stress resulting in faster muscle growth.

The MyoCuff stimulates Type 2 fast-twitch fibres,  creates local anaerobic training conditions for muscles and also increases local growth hormone levels by 200-300%.

This training device actually increases levels of tPA antigen (a fibrinolytic enzyme that breaks down clots) after BRFT.
