this is the tape you need when you need to hold a joint firmly with no or the least give- it is great for hypermobile feet where self care and managing the strapping and the protection of the heels from blisters means having a reliable product similar to the one used by NHS podiatrist. you cannot buy this type of strapping over the counter as I found out recently so I'm pleased to know I can carry the emergency kit for on the move self care.

It also is great for minor repair of the shoe where the foot has worn it away and then causes blisters.

I use it at the heel and it means that I can delay replacing perfectly serviceable shoes and be more eco minded

Does a good job

I bought the white tape as it was cheaper thinking it would juts be a different colour to the tan but its rubbish. Its much thinner and hardly holds its stick. I strapped my foot then felt it all moving as i went for my run. Dont waste your money on this.

The tiger tape I bought from you guys at Physique uk is exceptional. It’s the ideal tape for ankles and knees and any other sports related injuries. I play football and from time to time I pick up an injury and this tape along with the tiger under wrap tape works perfectly in strapping my ankles to provide support and protection to allow me to get on the field and playing quicker.

Taping my injured wrists with this tiger tape was initially fantastic, has really helped the healing process by restricting the range of movement in the way my physio advised. Unfortunately my skin has reacted to the tape/adhesive so I have had to stop using it at the moment, which is very frustrating as it worls well AND I bought 3 rolls.

Great tape; easy to use. Supportive enough but easily rip-able on pitch-side. No problems with adhesive coming unstuck, but easier than many ZO tapes to unravel off the roll, making it faster and easier to apply smoothly.

My son wraps this product around his foot to cover his heel area to stop blisters, it stays in place and works!

Product excellent however the way it was packed i found unsatisfactory. The rolls werent in a protective covering and were therefore very dirty when received.

Good adhesive qualities but doesn't tear particularly well - the tape frays and isn't a clean tear. The tiger tan tape is better and tears cleanly without fraying but is more expensive.

Would use again but the tearing qualities are annoying and slow you down when you have a tight prep schedule to stick to.

Terrific product.

Just received this as a tester against Mueller M Tape which we have always used, it's really good, bit stickier than mueller and longer rolls, glad I tried and good to get a British product!
