How do I order?
You can place an order on our website or by phone.
Ordering on our website
Find the products you want to buy using the search bar or product menus and click 'Add to basket'. Once you've finished shopping, click on the basket icon in the top right corner of the page. From the basket summary, you can choose to view your basket for a full breakdown or go to checkout. When you are happy to proceed to checkout, please follow the steps providing your information and secure payment by debit or credit card. Once your order has been confirmed you will be provided with an order number immediately and an order confirmation email.
Ordering by phone
If you would prefer to order over the telephone, please contact our friendly Customer Service team on 023 9247 1346 who will be happy to help you. Our office opening hours are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Our 2-3 Day UK Mainland Delivery is for residential addresses only. If you are placing an order for a company please select an alternative delivery option.
All of our delivery options are for a tracked and insured service.
As always, our dedicated team is on hand to make sure your experience with our delivery partner is as smooth as possible.
Which Courier do you use?
We use DPD and Evri.
When can I expect my order?
This depends on what delivery service you choose when placing your order.
Next working day service
For orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday to a UK mainland address, your order will be dispatched that day on a next day delivery service.
2-3 day service
For orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday to a UK mainland address, your order will be dispatched on a 2-3 day delivery service.
If you experience any delay with delivery of your order, please contact us and we will provide you with a delivery update. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 023 9247 1346, our office opening hours are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Do you ship outside of Mainland UK?
Yes, we can deliver to most countries. For our full list of delivery options and prices please click here.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We understand ordering online doesn’t always work out and we’re here to help. If you need to return your order for a refund or exchange, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the order.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. The email will contain a link to track your parcel. You will receive another email on the day of delivery with your parcel tracking details and estimated time of delivery.
Can I request a catalogue?
Yes. To request a catalogue please click here and complete the form. Your catalogue will then be posted to you as soon as possible, you should receive your copy in 3-5 working days.
Do you offer discount if I am part of an affiliation?
We work with a number of affiliates providing benefits to their members. Please click here to view the full list. If you’re a member of one of these affiliates you may receive a discount, please contact the organisation directly to receive the discount code or affiliate link.
Can I have a copy invoice?
Is the product I want in stock?
We use a livestock system and you are able to add to your basket the quantity you require, but you cannot put in your basket more than is currently in stock. If you wish to order more, please contact our team by email email@example.com or call 023 9247 1346 and we will be able to assist you. Our office opening hours are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Can I get product advice?
We try to make sure all of the product information is clear on our website. We also have a library of guides and videos to provide you with product advice. If there is a specific question that is not covered on our website please contact our team and we will help as best we can.
