Our RockTape Range
What is RockTape?
RockTape is a premium brand of kinesiology tape used by athletes, physiotherapists, and everyday individuals to treat injuries, relieve pain, and improve athletic performance.
Unlike traditional, rigid athletic tape that locks a joint in place, RockTape is stretchy and designed to move with your skin. It provides targeted support without restricting your full range of motion.
RockTape is commonly used to support injuries and conditions like runner's knee, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and postural strains. It comes in various roll sizes, pre-cut strips, and colours.
How it works
- Decompression: When applied with a stretch, the tape slightly lifts the skin and the tissue underneath.
- Pain Relief: This lifting effect decompresses pain receptors and improves blood and lymphatic fluid flow.
- Recovery: Improved circulation helps reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and bruising.
The Tapes
Key Features
- High Elasticity: It stretches up to 180% of its original length, mimicking the natural elasticity of human skin.
- Extra-Sticky Adhesive: Built to stay put during heavy sweating, swimming, or intense workouts.
- Durable Materials: Made from a breathable blend of 97% cotton and 3% nylon.
- Long-Wear: Depending on where it is applied, a single application can last on the skin for up to 7 days.
