RockFloss by Rocktape is a new mobility band that is designed to help you move and exercise better, faster and with less pain. This is an essential addition to your kit, as it is easy and simple to use, reusable and convenient to carry around. This latex, elastic band is designed with the science of compression and fascial shearing, so your muscles and joints can loosen up and therefore be able to perform to the maximum of their abilities.
RockFloss can be used as a part of a rehabilitation program as well as before and/or after training and exercise. It can be used on almost everywhere on the body, such as shoulders, knees, wrists, elbows, hips and ankles.
RockFloss should be never used on the head or neck.
