Measure the joint circumference of your Distal InterPhalangeal joint (DIP Joint) - This is the first finger joint from the tip of each finger.

Prompt delivery product as expected

Efficient service and customer service on the phone and email.
I measured the little finger size as advised on the website, but the Size 2 splints were still tight.
I telephoned Physique who advise me to return them. I paid for the return. Although a very small light box, it was still £9.95! I got a new delivery with bigger sizes. Although, I had to pay for the original return at my expense I cannot fault the speed of response.
One of the bigger splints was broken in transit. I did not have to return it. That was replaced 2 days later after showing photo evidence by email. The final splints are fine.
There is no tape to secure the splints with the delivery. The website advises customers to obtain 1.25cm Zinc Oxide tape. I had some micropore adhesive tape which works well.
Obviously, I would have been even happier if Physique had refunded my postage cost (even up to a limit).
I had 3 deliveries in total. One by DPD was the best with a 1 hour window of delivery.
If the customer service was not so responsive, I would have given a 3 or 4 star.

Not used this brand before so will assess it later.

A bit loose. Had to supplement with a plaster.

I haven’t used this yet but same quality as the other one (small).

It’s good quality but my finger is smaller. It also keeps coming off my finger even with a plaster on so maybe with an added Velcro would be better.

Just a little too long so it prevented my finger from bending at the second joint also. The ring part was also too deep for my slim finger so that the sticky tape would not hold it position.

Too small despite measuring. Not the fault to the product. Quick delivery
