Very happy with the tape

I bought the K tape as I have lymphedema. My lymphatic dainage Massage therapist uses it on me. I find it really helps with the swelling.

One of the best tapes around in my opinion, often copied but never bettered. Even using for the 1st time have a look at an online course on how to apply it correctly.

Very disappointed. Have been treated with K tape at my physios for six months, but bought this to go away on holiday. Put it on at the start, and left it on for three days. When I took it off, the adhesive was much stronger that my usual tape, and has damaged the skin around my knee. Four weeks on and the adhesive still on my skin, showing striations all round the diamond. Spoke to my physio this week on returning. She tried samples of both tapes, the Physique tiger tape was less elastic and seemed thinner than the one used by the practice. Have now relegated the Physique tape to the garage for use when sealing packaging!

I took advantage of the 20% extra free Tiger Tape K in pink, black and blue but was unaware that the quality is nowhere as good as the regular priced Tiger Tape K. Feel a little bit cheated!

Very happy with this - doesn’t come off when wet until you want to take it off. Eases knee pain considerably.

Great tape. You need to ensure its stuck down very firmly on clean, dry skin - best after a shower and well dried. Otherwise it curls up at the ends and peels off.

It is difficult to believe just how much relief from a badly damaged knee (awaiting the end of lockdown for a replacement) can be achieved by sticking some plaster over the top! But it works! Despite our scepticism.

Our only difficulty is with the strands sticking to themselves as I try to position them, but as over-80 year olds, we mustn't complain!

This is a great product, it was originally recommended by my Physio to add strength after coming out of plaster having broken my ankle. I now use it to help with swelling on my still healing ankle.

As a sport therapist I try and have tiger k tape in stock all the time. Over time I have tried lots of different tapes but always end up back with k tape. I love it and so do my clients.

A player from Exeter Chiefs recommended this Tiger Tape for a very bad calf . I had already tried different products to no avail . After 36 hours the pain had totally gone . What it did to cure my problem is unbelievable, as I had had the pain for six weeks and this sorted out so quickly. Brilliant

I am so impressed with the Tiger Tape as it stays on for a long time even after showers, baths etc. I am feeling the benefit already for my tennis elbow.

Was given the green tape to try by my therapist and it was brilliant. From crippling pain that caused a marked limp I was able to start walking almost normally. Therapist suggested I buy it online and go for the black tape as that is stronger so I immediately ordered it and am using it now. Highly recommend it.
