When using the brace it squeaks which is annoying and also the velcro fastening rubs on the skin unless perfectly aligned which is very hard to do

My first contact with Physique was disappointing. An email enquiry seeking product information was ignored. However, a second attempt brought an apology and some very useful information from Holly Cross which guided me to the product best suited to my need.

I am now using the knee brace, it is comfortable and provides good support. My one criticism is the large span of the knee girth range within each size ie: 5cm. My knee girth is at the periphery of the size range and the velcro fastening overlap is quite small. I am hoping the velcro remains effective over time with such a small overlap. Your sales staff explained that I could exchange the knee brace for a larger size but an extra 5 cm girth would set the hinged inserts in the wrong place and reduce the opening for the knee cap so much that I fear it would cause discomfort.

I appreciate the economics of an increase size range. Such is the price we pay for ready-made items compared to the expense of a made-to-measure device.

I purchased this product having been advised that my knee would appreciate the additional support whilst skiing by my osteopath. I had had a problem with my hamstring around the knee area which had caused my knee pain.

I would highly recommend this product. The knee brace was very comfortable to wear and gave great support enabling me to ski with no concerns whatsoever, and in no way constricting my movement.

The brace looks like a good quality but I think is design for a wide men's knee because where it has to press down, it was too far back. The size was the correct one which is the measurement of the leg and calf but the pressing points were clearly for a person with wider knee structure.

Customer service was great and quick. Very helpful helping me with my money back.

Large sizes don’t fit exact to description however very helpful and easy to exchange for next size up.

Bravo for stocking a knee brace in larger sizes. I am a large but active lady and struggled to find one to fit. One size fits all is no good for lots of customers I imagine. Used the sizing guide and fits perfectly.

It’s really well made and sewn with no raw edges to irritate the skin.

Now for its performance. It’s a bit tricky to put on the first few times but I quickly got used to it. I’ve had a knee injury since beginning of August and physio exercises haven’t really helped. Since wearing this brace my knee stability has improved resulting in less pain and given me more confidence to get on with activities. I still have some pain but am confident that staying active while wearing the brace will eventually give really positive results. It’s getting better every day so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it if knee joint is unstable and painful.

tried it on and it feels very comfortable. have bought it for skiing this winter so not used it yt but hopefully it ill be fine

Great support and comfortable when properly aligned. The metal hinges squeaked a bit at first but the sound reduced considerably once I had worn the braces for a few weeks.

Once i got the right size (ordered a large based on measurements but in fact needed a medium) it is great and has relieved the pain of my suspected lateral miniscus tear. Physique were great at processing the replacement.

I have waited a few weeks to review this product. The product was great for 2 days and then the stickiness went from the straps- the Velcro wouldn’t stay in place so I essentially have wasted £50 on this strap. The item arrived with battered packaging and was much later than the “next day” delivery I had paid for. Very disappointed with the service and the product.

Excellent product and service. I ordered the wrong size (my fault). After sending back the wrongly ordered product the company sent me the correct one really quickly.

Excellent support for my knee. I have less pain now even after 3 days.

This brace seems to be stabilizing my knee that is going knock-kneed...which caused a stress fracture near my ankle.

At the moment I can walk without a crutch and have fairly reduced pain in my ankle!! Win-win situation until I can get the knee looked at!!
