Great item! I use it on a daily basis for my feet! I have both of the sizes, they are both firm and great for tension relief!

I've been using it on sciatic area and a knot in my shoulder, and there have been positive signs. You do have to stick with the exercises routinely and it isn't comfortable, but it gets the job done if you can't get to a therapist.

Good size - I had hoped they would have been softer, but works great for my Pilates workout.

An absolute godsend! I lie on it and put pressure on the tense and painful points in my hips and buttocks and it sorts out the pain in my hips and lower back. Brilliant!
