We have 100 new bags available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't miss out. Head into the new season with a new kit bag!
How it Works:
- Send us your old bag(s): To qualify for a new Physique Bag for £15 (inc. VAT), send us your old pitch side or first aid bag. It doesn't even have to be a Physique bag, but it must be in used condition.
- Limit 5 bags per person: You can exchange a maximum of 5 old bags for 5 new Physique bags per person. Remember, it's strictly a one-for-one exchange: one old bag gets you one new bag.
- Include your details: Pop a note in your parcel with your contact details (name, phone number, and email address).
- We'll call you: Once we receive your old bag(s), we'll contact you within 5 working days to arrange payment and delivery of your new Physique bag(s). The £15 price applies per new bag, and delivery is free!

Terms and Conditions : Physique Swap Your Bag Campaign
1. THE PROMOTER
1.1. The promoter is Physique Management Company Limited of Unit 6 Hermitage Park, Harts Farm Way, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1FA.
2. THE EXCHANGE PROMOTION
2.1. This promotion offers you the chance to exchange your old pitch side or first aid bag for a new Physique Pitch Side First Aid Bag for £15.
2.2. The old pitch side or first aid bag does not need to be from Physique but must be in used condition.
2.3. The promotion will run from 7th July 2025 to 31st August 2025.
2.4. All qualifying old bags must be received by the Promoter via post no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date (31st August 2025). Bags received after this date will not qualify for the exchange promotion.
2.5. There is a limited total of 100 Promotional Pitch Side Bags available for this exchange. Exchanges will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until all 100 bags are claimed.
2.6. You can exchange a maximum of 5 old bags for 5 new Physique bags per person. Remember, it's strictly a one-for-one exchange: one old bag gets you one new bag. For clarity, a single old bag cannot be exchanged for multiple new bags.
2.7. A £15 (including VAT) charge applies per new bag exchanged. There will be no delivery fee for the new bags.
2.8. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for the postage of their old bag(s) to the Promoter. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until you have received confirmation of your new bag(s).
2.9. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any old bags that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
2.10. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. This promotion is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over.
3.2. Old pitch side or first aid bags must be posted directly to the Promoter at the address provided in the promotional copy.
3.3. The Promoter will not accept exchange requests that are:
(a) Not for a pitch side or first aid bag.
(b) Exceed the maximum limit of 5 new bags per person (meaning more than 5 old bags sent for exchange by one person).
(c) Where the old bag(s) have not been mailed directly to the Promoter.
3.4. Physique Management Company Limited reserves the right to restrict the number of bags exchanged by any one person or club.
4. CLAIMING YOUR NEW PHYSIQUE BAG
4.1. Once the Promoter has received your qualifying old bag(s), please allow up to 5 working days for us to contact you to arrange payment and delivery of your new Physique bag(s).
4.2. New bags will be dispatched via our 2-3 Day delivery service, free of charge.
