Actimove’s TaloCast Ankle Brace supports healing and pain relief by stabilising the upper ankle joint. It's suitable for:

The TaloCast combines ankle stability with comfort. Its anatomically shaped shells sit on either side of the ankle joint, helping it to stay stable, while the adjustable straps keep it all in place. This helps prevent inversion and eversion.

How to apply
- Unfasten the straps and place your foot on the heel strap in between the two shells. Make sure the two shells are positioned snugly around your ankle on both sides.
- Close the lower strap first.
- If you need to adjust the brace positioning for a tighter/looser fit, you can do so by loosening the heel strap on the lower end of the shells and adapting the width for optimal comfort.
- Close the upper strap by wrapping it in the opposite direction to the lower strap.
- For optimal wearing comfort, it is recommended to wear the brace over a sock. Wear shoes for optimal support.
Care Instructions
The shells and straps can be cleaned using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. All components must be air-dried. Ensure everything is dry before wearing. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
You can machine wash the removable foam liner of your Actimove Professional Line TaloCast Ankle Brace using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F).
