How to apply

1. Slide your arm into the pocket of the Actimove Umerus Shoulder Immobiliser making sure your elbow is positioned at the end of the pocket. With your free hand, wrap the sling around your neck, pull it through the O-Ring and attach the hook-and-loop onto the sling so that your arm is positioned at a 90° angle.
2. Wrap the waist strap around your abdomen.
3. Pull the waist strap through the O-Ring at the lower front end of the pocket. Tighten until your arm and shoulder are securely immobilized and close the hook-and-loop onto the strap at your back.
4. Put your thumb through the thumb loop for additional security during wear.

Care Instructions

Close the hook-and-loop fastener before washing. You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Professional Line Umerus Comfort Shoulder Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron.

Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
