I was delighted by the company's swift and efficient service.The orthoses were recommended by a podiatrist and it is a simple job to trim them to size and affix the heel raise which I require.The orthoses provide much needed support in my trainers and in my wellington boots.It is important to have a deep and wide enough shoe to accommodate the orthotic and to remove the existing insole first.Ensure you buy the correct size for maximum comfort - too small and you will feel the end under your toes.

This is the second pair of these insoles I have bought, they have helped me greatly and I find I walk taller and straighter now with no pain at all. Downside is one of the red pads moves a lot ( outside left) but podiatrist says it doesn’t affect my problem luckily.
