Physique Multivitamin capsules provide all-around nutritional support for adults. These food supplements are based on plant extracts, vitamins and salts.
Physique Multivitamins contain vitamins A, D3, B1, B2, B6, B12, B3, B9E, E and C.

Directions: Take two capsules daily with water, preferably alongside food. Do not exceed the daily dose.

Thank you for your review. The capsule is quite large. The reason for this is more convenience of all the ingredients to produce a 'one a day' multivitamin capsule with probiotic, instead of the need to take 2 or 3. It's still easy to swallow with a drink, preferably with food.
These use good quality ingredients. Best way to describe was they made me feel 'smooth'. I thought perhaps because of the probiotic, or maybe because there is some royal jelly in there. They also made me feel calm, which can't be bad. Slightly larger size capsule which didn't affect, easy to swallow. I wish I could get them on Amazon because the shipping on physique is a bit much just for some vitamins, but they make me feel great. Better than anything I've tried before.
