Great product

Ordered several of the Green bands & used one for the first time today. Promptly delivered.
I can confirm Green is medium strength, possibly slightly on the stronger side of medium if anything. Perfectly OK to use eg for bicep curls with one end under my foot or arms extended across front/back but could usefully be a fraction longer for such exercises. I'm 1.8m (5'10") tall so if you're shorter, probably less of an issue. I think 1.2m is an industry norm from competitors adverts but if I were cutting from a roll of their bands I would go to 1.5m.
Overall, good bands which feel substantial compared to some of the cheaper options I've bought in the past.
