Dynamic Tape for Plantar Flexion
Dynamic Taping technique that assists plantar flexion, mimicking the action of the calf and Achilles complex. The tape provides an external assist to help propel the foot and reduce load on the posterior lower leg.
Creates a plantar flexion force to:
- Support push-off during walking or running
- Control dorsiflexion movement and load on landing
- Reduce strain on the calf–Achilles complex
- Offload injured or weak tissues
