British Athletics - Glute Activation with Mini Bands

Back with another mini resistance band activation, this time Sam Heathcote (Paralympic Strength & Conditioning Lead) at British Athletics takes us through a glute activation exercise (clamshells) with sprinter Charlie Carvell using the yellow mini band from our set. 

Clamshells are a great way to not only activate the glutes before a high-intensity exercise, but by incorporating them in a routine, they can help strengthen the glute muscles and stabilize the pelvis over time.
