What you’ll need...
- Rugby Lifting Blocks – 1 for each thigh to provide a holding platform
- Tiger Tear EAB 7.5cm – Roll of strapping to secure the block to the thigh and provide grip
- Sock Tape – Roll of tape to help keep the blocks in place
