Tiger Tapes Rugby Taping Techniques | Mild Lateral Ligament Sprain to the Ankle

An example of a mild lateral ligament ankle sprain taping technique by Saracens' Head of Physio, Richard Bamford. Ankle sprains are a really common rugby injury, here Richard uses Tiger Tear 7.5cm as a base layer to support the ankle and help lock the heel in place. Tiger Zinc Oxide 3.8cm is then used to reinforce the tape for extra support during play.
