Physique Elite Reusable Hot & Cold Pack – Gel Heat & Ice Pack

Really robust, stay cold a long time. They came with a sleeve which i don't use as can't feel the cold through them at all. I just move this around regularly on all painful areas (many at the monument!). I have found ice packs really help ease pain, so I now have one of these and the larger size too. This smaller one is better really as easier to move around the body

These H&C packs have been excellent and put to immediate and effective use. Flexible and shape-able can fit to body contours well. Very pleased.

I love these packs. Only used as heat pack for tight hip muscle. I bought a few as they cool quickly. I think the heat time needs reviewed as the recommended time not warm enough. I popped mine in the microwaved for longer.

These hot and cold packs are a really useful size. They work very well. I have been using them constantly since my full knee replacement, and they are a Godsend. I've also used them in the past for my sciatica. Marvellous!

I like to use it on calves and hamstrings as they are quite big comparing to other brand I have. These gel packs don't come with covers so that's the only issue. I like the price though.

Great - can be used as hot or cold packs. Useful, convenient size to cover most problem areas sufficiently, and they stay squidgy and malleable when frozen so they can be 'moulded' around the affected area, or are comfy to lie on. Patients love them, affordable, effective and durable. Good for summertime picnics/wine-bottle coolers too :)

Good size to put on top of my knee. I use it cold and only take a few minutes after you take it out of the freezer to become soft ready to use.
