This sleeve is designed to be used as a cover for the Physique Max hot and cold pack. It works by providing a protective barrier between the skin and the Hot and Cold Pack. Our hot and cold pack sleeve is a must-have for any sports therapists, physios or sports medicine professionals who use ice packs frequently.
Hot and cold pack covers can be particualrly useful for people with sensitive skin and are also strongly advised for use on children when applying an ice pack or heat pack.
It's made from high grade fabric and comes with dual straps to apply to most body parts including the back and shoulders.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
The cover/sleeve that comes with our hot and cold pack is designed to prevent direct skin contact. This is so anyone using them avoids damage to the skin through frostbite when using them cold or burns when using them hot. That being said, the blue side of the sleeve is thicker. Therefore we advise when using the packs with sleeves on, apply them with the black side facing the area of application. This way, you get the maximum effects without risking any skin damage.
If you prefer, you can also use a tea towel or cloth to create that barrier between the skin and the pack.
