Physique Max Reusable Hot and Cold Pack
Really robust, stay cold a long time. They came with a sleeve which i don't use as can't feel the cold through them at all. I just move this around regularly on all painful areas (many at the monument!). I have found ice packs really help ease pain, so I now have two of these and the smaller size too which is better really as easier to move around the body
