Terms and Conditions
1. THE PROMOTER
1.1. The promoter is Physique Management Company Limited of Unit 2C, Alexandria Park 1, Penner Road, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1QY.
2. THE GIVEAWAY
2.1 Your chance to receive a free Physique Pitch Side First Aid Bag by sending your old non-Physique pitch side field bag to the Promoter. Preferably non-physique Field Bag but if you have a really old Physique Bag we will exchange for a new one.
2.2 The giveaway will run from 4th July 2019 to 31st August 2019.
2.3 All old non-Physique branded pitch side bags must be received by the Promoter via post no later than 23.59 on the Closing Date. All bags received after the Closing Date will not qualify for a free bag.
2.4 There is a limited amount of 50 Free Pitch Side Bags to give away. Recipients of a free bag will be on a first come first served basis.
2.5 No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
2.6 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any bags that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, lost or redirected mail, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
2.7 By participating, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK [aged 18 years or over].
3.2 Any old non-branded Physique bags must be posted directly to the Promoter at the address listed above.
3.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) Not a pitch side or first aid bag;
(b) A Physique branded bag; (unless a really old Physique bag)
(c) That have not been mailed directly to the promoter;
3.4 Physique reserve the right to restrict the amount of bags given to one person or club
4. CLAIMING YOUR NEW PHYSIQUE BAG
4.1 Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of the prize after date the promoter has received the non-Physique bag . Bags will be posted by a No-Rush 3-5 day delivery service.
