We've put together a useful Mini Bands kit that includes 1 of each strength and a handy drawstring bag to keep them safe and easy to carry in your kit bag.

Included in the set is 1 band of each strength resistance: Yellow (Light), Green (Medium), Blue (Heavy), Black (X Heavy). Providing you with all levels so you can carry out a range of strength and rehab training exercises.

Handy rehab product be good to come with an exercise chart perhaps?

These bands came quickly and I have been using them for about 10 days as per instructions from my physio. They are easy to use and are already strengthening my leg muscles. Nice travel bag too.

Useful pack of resistance bands. Obviously, being fairly small, there is a limited set of exercises that can be done, but they work well for these.
