Perform Better Mini Bands are great for lateral steps, leg extensions and shoulder stabilisation exercises. They can be easily incorporated into a range of exercises to help you make the most of your workout.
- Stretches up to 3 times their length.
- Ideal for on the pitch, in the gym or at home.
