Benefits of the Posture Support
With a criss-cross suspender design, the elastic straps of the Posture Support gently pull the shoulders, spine, and lower back into a neutral position. To ensure that this is done comfortably, the hook-and-loop straps can be adjusted with ease for an optimal fit. The cotton fabric that covers the straps positioned under the arms combines comfort and support to provide the wearer with maximum levels of practicality. The four-inch elastic waistband can also be adjusted to ensure that the whole support is fixed securely around the waist.

Posture Support Small 55-76cm Waist
Purchased for client who can already feel and see difference to his posture after 5 days of use. As per previous review, putting the item on is not easiest as described in leaflet. Also he identified slight chafing around armpit however he moved shoulder padding around and forgot he was wearing it!

Posture Support Medium 76-106cm Waist
The only thing I'd change would be the instructions.
It's easier to put both shoulder straps on before the waist band - less chance of shoulder straps twisting.
It is well constructed though the effects of straightening posture are subtle.
I've not had it long enough to say it makes a significant difference.
My physio and I are trying to fix a trapped nerve in my shoulder and I slouch!
